Artur Dabritskiy
Bodywork Practitioner · Facilitator · Creator of The Art of Building the Inner Temple
For more than 15 years, Artur Dabritskiy has explored the relationship between the body, attention and consciousness, and the ways in which this relationship shapes our inner state, our choices and ultimately the way we experience life.
Artur's Experience
His work has brought him into contact with more than 2,000 people, each with their own history, patterns and ways of inhabiting the body.

At the center of Artur’s approach is a simple premise:
The body is constantly communicating with us. The question is whether we have learned how to listen.
Rather than approaching the body as something that needs to be fixed, Artur is interested in understanding how a person’s system has organized itself, why certain patterns exist, how they are maintained, and what becomes possible when we develop enough awareness to see them clearly.

Through bodywork, movement, breath and attention, he creates a space for people to restore sensitivity, reconnect with their own inner support and recognize patterns that may have been operating automatically for years.

His work is less about adding something new than about removing the noise that prevents us from perceiving what is already there.
This perspective forms the foundation of The Art of Building the Inner Temple - an exploration of the body as a place of awareness, intelligence and relationship with oneself.

For Artur, genuine development is not about becoming someone else. It is about developing enough awareness and freedom to inhabit who you already are more fully.

  • From automatic reaction to conscious choice.
  • From fighting yourself to understanding yourself.
  • From fragmentation to wholeness.
Artur does not seek to tell people how to live. His role is to create the conditions in which they can listen deeply enough to themselves to find their own answers.

Today, his work continues through Soulab, his latest project and one of the clearest expressions of his current vision.

Soulab is a consciousness exploration project and living community in the Sacred Valley of Peru - a space for people interested not simply in healing, but in expanding the way they experience, create and live their lives.

At the center of David’s work is a simple conviction:
Life becomes much larger when we stop living only through what we already know.
